Food Equipment Marks of Conformity

The use of one of Sanitation Certification Marks is mandatory upon product listing.  Please choose the appropriate marking as noted from the following options:

Note: The letter "®" is not required to be in proportion with the certification mark but must be large enough to be legible. When color reproduction is an option, the blue background shall be PMS 7469.

The regular mark is used for products complying with ANSI/NSF food equipment standards. These products are standalone units. Examples include an oven, a prep sink or a self-contained reach-in refrigerator.

Note: Unless otherwise noted, a product is considered listed only when the certification mark and model designation are affixed.

Note: Some listed components are exempt for bearing a certification mark. A footnote on the certificate will indicate if there are exemptions or specific marking requirements.
